Mergers & acquisitions, sell-side and buy-side transaction support, assistance and consultancy for corporate reorganizations, acquisition / sale of businesses / business divisions, mergers and joint-ventures, transfers and acquisitions of shareholdings and business branches, implementation of financial models and plans for the valuation of investment projects, merger and/or integration, drafting of information memoranda, legal and tax due diligence, drawing up of business plans and vendor due diligence reports.

Corporate Restructuring, planning and implementation of corporate restructuring projects, analyses of the corporate ownership structure and management, liaising with financial creditors, analysis of economic and financial imbalance and possible solutions to restore balance, preparation of aturnaroundproject, pinpointing strategies, individuals’ roles, timescales and options for re-launching the business, based on detailed treasury plans and specific debt restructuring operations, involving arrangements with creditors, by focusing on the recovery of a sustainable financial structure and an organized access to financing sources.

Litigation & Advisory Services - LAS
Very often businesses have to face intricate issues concerning business relationships with trade partners, litigation with clients, suppliers and staff.  

The firm provides its clients with all the technical services necessary to institute reasonably grounded legal proceedings.  In this perspective we organize and provide technical expert evidence or valuations on financial - administrative issues for the purposes of legal proceedings and enquiries of an accounting, financial or tax nature, aimed at reconstructing corporate assets and transactions.  

We support and assist clients’ in-house legal counsel in the definition of the strategy throughout both the instruction, interlocutory and hearing phases of legal proceedings  We also supply technical expert evidence in support of arbitration panels, in disputes or litigation arising from contractual agreements, in addition to advisory and assistance services to the parties involved in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
