The firm plays a significant role in providing tax and corporate advisory services for special company reorganizations and restructuring operations, particularly in connection with acquisitions, sales, assignments, mergers, de-mergers and liquidation of businesses and of business divisions, in addition to the carrying out of valuations and estimates, contracts and agreements, drawn up with great attention to contents, conditions and provisions, in any situation involving issues of a fiscal nature.
